Whenever abrasive action affects the life of a machine part Advetech can correct the problem with the application of tungsten carbide to the component.  With the wear area protected the life of the part is extended up to twenty times the life of a part with the carbide addition.  

In some cases where it is known that abrasive action will occur, the part can be protected before being put into service.  Send your print to Advetech for analysis and our recommendation on application of tungsten carbide protection.
